Getting Started with Botfather Verification

Protect your server with Botfather Verification in just a few steps.

Step 1: Claim and Add a Bot​

  1. Go to https://bfv.aw7.me/support-server to claim an available verification bot.
  1. Make sure you have the “Manage Server” permission to complete this step.

Step 2: Subscribe to Activate​

Run the following command with your server ID to activate the bot’s subscription:

/sub subscribe guild:GUILD_ID

Once the subscription is active, you will receive the application link in your DMs. Then you can continue with the setup steps below.

Step 3: Initial Setup​

Run the setup command to configure the verification system:

/setup

During setup, you’ll be prompted to:

  1. Select verification roles (optional)
  2. Configure verification settings

Step 4: Configure Verification​

Enable the authentication system:

/auth status enabled:true

Step 5: Set Up Verification Channel​

  1. Create a dedicated verification channel.
  2. Send the verification link to that channel:
/auth link send channel:#verification

💡 Tip: Restrict this channel so only the verification message is visible.
